Talks between Treasury Secretary Dr. P. B. Jayasundara and CPC trade Unions ended in failure today and the trade Unions attached to the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), the Port Authority and Water Board said that they would go ahead with a 3 day work-to-rule camping commencing on Wednesday.
